Rev, Marvin Bembry with over 35 years of international ministry experience is the founding pastor of New Beginnings Ministries of Lake County in Lindenhurst Illinois. His vision has always been to gather people of all races together in the worship of God and that vision is coming to pass. He is the past President of the 65 member Illinois District Council Pastors Alliance of the PAW. He previously served in the United Pentecostal Church International in various ministry capacities. He is the President of MKB Leadership Transformation Development and an Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team. A sought-after leadership coach, mentor and speaker who helps individuals and teams to develop the ability to communicate and collaborate at a world class level so they can increase their business results.

His passion is leading people to discover, maximize and lead with their strengths as well as those of fellow team members, while offering advanced strategies to achieve higher levels of performance.
